We were hearing about the facebook email from quite a long time, but this morning, when I signed into facebook I saw "try the new messages" and bingo it was the facebook email. It really impressed us. Archiving our chat history with a person from the starting (the chats you do from now on) to the very end of your life. I think its useful... Ain't it?
Send mails to people who are not on facebook more socially.
You can attach files over the chat like photos , word docs etc. So get your @facebook.com id now

Even when Signing in you can use either yourusernam@facebook.com or your email id to log in...
